To ensure the perfect day…
To ensure you have a wonderful visit at Forever Gorgeous, here are a few tips and hints to bear in mind before and during your visit.
Before you visit
Ensure you book in advance – we can get very busy, especially at weekends.
When booking, please notify us if you are pregnant, or of any serious health concerns that could affect treatment, so we can advise on the best and safest experience for you.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be charged at 50% of the full treatment price.
Our double and triple treatment suites must be reserved at time of booking.
Our lounges are sometimes booked for private hire – if you’d like to enjoy the lounges during your visit, please ensure you check availability at time of booking.
On the day
Parking is available on site but is on a first come, first served basis. We are situated in a very busy area of Bournemouth and, particularly during peak seasons, roads will be busy. Ensure plenty of time to allow for traffic and carry change as you may need to park on the road. There is a parking system in place so please make sure you take note of your car registration which you will have to put in to the system at the spa reception. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine.
If you have a voucher for your experience with us, it must be brought along to your appointment in every circumstance.
Vouchers must be valid and before their expiry date to be redeemed within Forever Gorgeous unless otherwise approved.
We do not allow children within the spa unless pre-approved by management.
Please respect that guests may be enjoying some peace and solitude during their visit. We ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during your time with us and you respect the calm environment.
Every guest must complete a health consultation on their first visit, or if they haven’t visited in a while. This is to ensure your treatments are delivered safely.
All times quoted are for the length of the appointment, not treatment time.
Please arrive within plenty of time. A late arrival may mean we need to reduce treatment time or cancel the treatment, with full price being incurred.
Dressing gowns and towels are available. There is a £10 deposit required.
We respectfully ask that guests with colds, flu and other spreadable illnesses do not visit the spa for treatments to ensure other guests and staff do not become unwell.
Private lounges, coffee bars, dressing gowns and towels are for Forever Gorgeous guests only, prior and post treatment.
Pregnant guests and guests with serious conditions will be refused treatment if we feel it could, in any way, negatively impact your health.
Alcohol and food brought in cannot be consumed on the premises.
Unless lounges are hired privately, food purchased from the hotel must be eaten within the hotel bar or restaurant.
A patch test may be required for some treatments.
Packages and guests spending over £50 receive complimentary access to our swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath and gym when available.
Our online system allows online bookings – however, for multiple guests, treatments taken throughout the day, group packages, or a more customised booking, you will need to call or email.
Our treatments are mainly either 30 minutes which will include 25 minutes of treatment or 60 minutes which includes 55 minutes of treatment and then the remaining 5 minutes will be for you to get changed before and after your treatment and to give you a couple of minutes to relax once your treatment has finished. Some of our facials state they are 75 minutes – These facials are 6o minutes of hands on treatment and the the 15 minutes allows time for you to fill out the extended consultation form from Elemis if its your first time with us, for you to get changed before and after your treatment, for your therapist to choose the best facial for your skin type and then to run through any products or further information that you would like to know about.
First time visitors
If this is your first time to us, or a spa, here are a few helpful hints that will make your day even more enjoyable
If you are using facilities, bring your swimmers and shower bag – we have towels and gowns for you.
Massage and body treatments are taken within treatment rooms, and guests are most comfortable in underwear or dry swim wear.
Male guests are required to wear underwear at all times.
During treatments you will be covered with towels and kept warm and private. Areas of the body receiving treatment will be uncovered during treatment time and covered back up after.
If you are using the facilities during your visit, we recommend you use them prior to treatments. Many of our treatments benefit from retaining products on the skin, and nail treatments can be affected by using the facilities too soon after.
If you do wish to use the facilities following treatment, you are required to shower prior to using them.
