In 2009, Forever gorgeous first opened its doors.

Thanks for reading about our spa and salon…  Its always nice to hear about the values behind a business – especially if you’ve not visited before.  So, here is my story…

In 2009 I was ready to start putting my micropigmentation (AKA tattoo makeup) training to good use.  The location within the Queens was perfect. With the great reputation of such a magnificent hotel, which proudly stands on the prestigious East Cliff, I knew opening a great spa and salon within the walls could only be great for the hotel and its guests – as well as guests from other hotels and Bournemouth residents.

With a team of me and one other, and just 3 treatment rooms (the reception, nail, tanning area and skin clinic you see today) we started welcoming guests into our little spa.  Built with a passion for beauty and pampering and a welcoming attitude, Forever Gorgeous started to become well known in the Bournemouth area.

Within 12 months, the bookings were bursting at the seams.  We were approached by lots of groups of hens as well – all looking to celebrate their special day in a unique way.  So, we came up with a plan and created our luxury lounge.  A separate area that can be enjoyed by all guests, or privately hired for groups.  We also built 3 more rooms so we could look after all of our guests in the best environment possible.

Guests kept returning time and time again and our hen bookings went through the roof!  We were so happy that we could provide something new and different for our guests.

Soon, guests started requesting an area that they could hire privately for smaller groups – so we listened, we planned, we saved and we built.  The Hideaway now offers group hire for 2 – 8 people as well as 2 more treatment rooms, a Moroccan lounge and a double treatment room.

Its been a busy 8 years!

Forever Gorgeous now thrives with an amazing team and we offer a huge range of treatments, packages and offers for all of our lovely guests.  We work hard to make sure everyone has a great time and just to make sure the treatments are the best they can be, I test everything first. Its a very hard job!

All of our team have been with us for some time and every time we bring someone new on, we follow our special rule.  “Don’t hire people and tell them to be nice. Hire nice people”
